Changeover days
Saturday is changeover day except for the Christmas and New year 2011 when change over will be on Thursday 22nd Dec and Thursday 29th Dec.
Payment
25% of the total amount due is payable at the time of booking.
Balances for Wentwood View, Fern Cottage and Vine Cottage (whether self catering or bed and breakfast) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The Bed & Breakfast balance for Beech and Ash is required on arrival.
All major credit and debit cards accepted, and we are happy to provide online banking aswell
Our cottages are available for out of season long term rental. Contact us for prices
It is advisable to take out insurance as all deposits paid are non refundable.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome in Fern Cottage at an additional cost of £30.00 per week for the first dog and £10 per week for each additional dog.
If our dog friendly cottage is not available we highly recommend Bluebell Country Kennels at Bully Hole Bottom - Tel (01291) 641462 - We have used them personally, our dogs were extremley well cared for and comfortable and they are only a short drive from the cottages
